Where do I start?
Here's my suggestion: If you are pretty new to the whole fitness thing, then start with the training videos OR choose one of the programs that I have posted (the Fat Loss Program OR the Muscle Building Program under the "workouts" tab). Once you get the hang of those, then you should feel comfortable enough to do the other workouts that I post on here. Sometimes it just takes awhile to get in a steady routine, but I promise it will get easier, just STICK WITH IT & trust the process.
For those of you that are a little more advanced, I would suggest getting a calendar and planning which workouts you are going to do for the entire week. This is a great way to keep you organized and accountable!
