LEGS!

 

Lots & Lots of reps on this one....you're welcome :)  The muscles that make up our Legs/butt are the largest muscles in our bodies, so it's very important to work them!  Think about how much we use them!  And plus, everyone loves a set of sexy sculpted legs :)

 

-Walking lunges 100 reps (hold dumb bells down by sides or barbell across your back)

-Sumo squats 100 reps (hold HEAVY dumb bell underneath chin)

-Squat jumps 100 reps~ This should REALLY get your heart rate up!

-Step ups 50 reps on each leg (hold dumb bells down by side for added resistance)

-Hamstring ball curls 100 reps 

-Wall sits 5x1 minute
