Workout:  Arms


Circuit- repeat 4x thru/ 15 reps each

    Bar curls

    Chair dips

    Decline hammer curls with DB

    Skull crushers 


Cable curls (use straight bar on cable machine) 3x12

Rope pressdown on cables 3x12

Seated DB curls SUPERSET with DB tricep extension 3x12


*a superset is when you perform 2 exercises back to back as if it were ONE set*

**end with 20 minutes of interval training cardio**
