Turkey Meatballs in slow cooker

1 pound ground turkey

1/4 cup diced celery

1/4 cup of carrots

1/2 cup of diced spinach

1/2 cup of rolled oats

2 egg whites

basil, salt & pepper, paprika


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and form 2" meatballas.  Place in the bottom of a slow cooker and top with 1-2 cups tomato spaghetti sauce.  Cook on low 6-8 hours or until the meatballs are cooked all the way thru.  Enjoy on top of rice noodles.
