Workout:

 

Tri Set #1: Repeat 4x thru

Band curls 25

Upright Row 25

Band curls (hands turned out to the side) 25

 

Tri Set #2:  Repeat 4x thru

Shoulder press 15-25

Lateral Raise 15-25

Front Raise 15-25

 

Superset:  Repeat 4x thru

Push ups 

Militarty push ups
