Biceps & Cardio

The actual "lifting" portion of this workout should not take very long, but you will definitely feel a pump.  Little rest in between sets.


3 way bicep curl 3x  (I posted a video of this exercise a few weeks ago titled "bicep burn")

Incline Dumb bell curl 3x10

Bar curls with rest after each rep 3x10 (curl, drop the bar down, rest for one second...then do 10 reps just like that)

Cable curl (2 handles) 3x10

Concentration curl 3x10 

Preacher curl with bar 3x10

Alternating bicep curl 3x10

Cable curls 1x50


~30 minutes of cardio~

(I did the stair mill)
