Holy crap!  I'm sore! :)


-Bench Press- 5 sets

-Pull Ups- 5 sets  (use assistance if needed)


**TRI SETS:  10 reps each/4 sets

-Push ups, Lat Pulldown, Upright Row 

-Cable Flies, Seated Row, Military Shoulder Press

-Chest DB pullovers, Cable X, Arnold Shoulder Press with DB

-Decline Chest Flies with DB, Bent over row, Behind the head press


*resume normal sets*

-Bench Press- 5x10

-Push Press- 5x10


Now, go take an advil :)
