Total Body Circuit!

I don't normally like to do total body workouts...but sometimes it's nice just to get your heart rate up and get a good sweat on...


Repeat 5x thru, 15 reps each 


Full sit ups

Barbell squats

Lateral dumb bell raises

Squat and press

Front Squat to Press With Heavy Dumbbells

Push ups

Leg extensions (machine)

Jumping lunges 

Bicycle crunches
