What do I eat for breakfast?

 

Well, it's nothing fancy.  Like many of you, I am usually running out the door and only have time for something that's quick and easy.   Here are some of the yummy (& quick) items I typically have:

 

1) Protein Shake

 

2) Oatmeal with 3 egg whites, cinnamon, and stevia added into it

 

3) Greek Yogurt topped with a little granola and berries

 

4) Apple Slices and Peanut Butter and Turkey Sausage
