Back flies on incline bench 4x10

Lat pull down (wide grip) superset with reverse grip 4x10

Seated row 4x10

Kyack rows 4x8

Renegade rows superset with hands out push ups 4x10


Bar curls 6x10

Seated incline curls (focus on the negative) 3x10

Drop set hammer curls 3x10 (@ each weight) 

Cable curls 2x50
