Booty Work!

Everyone loves a good is the "powerhouse" of our train it hard!!  Not very many exercises today, but rather more reps/sets.  Enjoy!


DEEP squats 6x10 (Lighten the weight a little to be able to go deeper if you need to)


Cable Kickbacks 6x10 (each leg)


Side Lunges with barbell OR dumb bell under chin 6x10 (each leg..go deep here too)


Reverse lunges with the barbell OR dumb bells down by your side 6x10


Hip Thrusters (use barbell with added weight for more difficulty) 6x10
