Asian Dish...Mmm....Delicious!!

Super easy recipe AND totally delicious!!


What you will need:

a package of brocolli slaw

1-2 chicken breast

a small package of frozen shrimp

Egg whites

Low sodium soy sauce 



Dice up chicken and sautee the chicken and shrimp.  

In a small pan, scramble your egg whites.

Combine the egg whites in with your meat and add in a little low sodium soy sauce.  

Turn stovetop on low, and then add in your brocolli slaw


Serve on top of brown rice and ENJOY!!
