Oh how I love a good bowl of chili during the colder months....
1 pound ground turkey or chicken
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4tsp black pepper
4 cups dried beans **already pre-cooked / defrosted**
1/2tbs chili powder
3 tomatoes diced
In a pan add meat and onions until brown. Transfer to a crock-pot and add the
remaining ingredients, cooking on low 6-8 hours.
