Quinoa cooked

1cup diced Basil Leaves

1cup chopped tomatoes

1/2cup diced red onion

1/2cup diced red pepper

1Tbs Garlic

1Tbs olive oil or coconut oil

1/4 -1/2cup Balsamic Vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste.
