Crock-Pot Jambalaya

1cup brown rice, 1 onion diced, 3 garlic cloves minced, 2 celery stalks diced, 2 carrots diced, medium red bell peppers diced, 10 tomatoes diced,

Chicken Sausage, or Chicken Breast cut into 1”pieces,

1tsp Hot Sauce (to taste), 2tbs Thyme, 1tsp sea salt, 1/2tsp black pepper, 2 cups water, 3Tbs parsley, 1 pound shrimp

Add all ingredients into crock-pot and cook on low 6-8 hours. During the last hour of cooking add the shrimp.
