30 Minute Interval Training on the Stair Mill

Ok, this is hard as hell!  But I have total faith that you can do this!!  If you need to modify it a little bit, just adjust the numbers.  Still very beneficial!

 

It goes like this:

 

Warm up 5 minutes level 5

Level 6 for 2 minutes

Level 8 for 2 minutes

Level 10 for 2 minutes

Level 12 for 2 minutes

Level 10 for 2 minutes

Level 8 for 2 minutes

Level 6 for 2 minutes

Level 15 for 30 seconds

Level 6 for 2 minutes

Level 15 for 30 seconds

Level 6 for 2 minutes

Level 15 for 30 seconds

Level 12 for 3 minutes (every other step)

Level 8 for 1 minute

Level 5 for 1 minute
