Pumpkin Protein Bread

Preheat Oven to 350

 

1 can Libby’s Pure Pumpkin

1 cup Liquid Egg Whites

2 scoops vanilla protein

1/4 cup oats (can use oat flour OR put oats in a blender)

1 tsp. baking soda

Cinnamon to taste

2 packets of stevia

 

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.  Then pour in bread pan OR divide into your muffin tin.  (I use pam coconut oil spray on the tins)

Bake for 35 minutes and WaLa!  Enjoy!
