Leg Circuit 4 Rounds


Leg Press 20 reps 

Walking Lunge (plate or Dumb bell extended over head, straight arms by ears) 10 on each leg

Squat jumps 20 reps (get low here and jump HIGH)

Step Ups 10 reps (use a bench or step, hold Dumb bells down by sides)

Good Mornings 15 reps (be careful here...USE GOOD FORM!  Don't want anyone to throw their back out.  if these are too difficult to do with good form, do stiff leg deadlifts)

Leg Extensions (machine) 15 reps (use heavy weight here)

Alternating Jumping lunges 15 each side


**Take 1-2 minutes rest in between rounds**
