Healthy Brownies? Are you kidding me? Nope! I wouldn't kid :) Who said eating healthy had to be boring? Ok, ya ready for this?
Here's what you'll need:
1 Can of Libby's Pure Pumpkin
1/2 cup of liquid egg whites
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup of Protein Powder OR 1 Isagenix Chocolate Meal replacement Shake
1/2 cup of Almond Milk
2 Tbs of Almond butter
1 handful of dark chocolate chips
1 handful of walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 340 degrees F
Then mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl except for the walnuts. Once mixed, "fold" in the walnuts.
Make sure to grease your pan. I use coconut oil or coconut oil cooking spray.
Bake 35-40 minutes and let sit before you eat them all up. And make sure to share :)
