Hawaiian Chicken

Chicken Breasts

1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce

Pepper to taste

1 tsp Sesame Oil

2 tsp minced Garlic

1 tsp Ginger


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, then place chicken breasts in a large ziplock baggie and pour mixture over chicken.  Let marinade in refridgerator for 30 minutes.  

Then place chicken in a greased baking pan (I use coconut oil or coconut oil cooking spray) and cover with tin foil.  Bake for 20-30 minutes.
