Hammer Curls 10 reps

Tricep Pushdown 10 reps

Zottmon Curl 10 reps

Overhead Tricep rope extension 10 reps

Military Push ups until failure

 

Circuit #2:  4x thru

Cable curls 20 reps

Tricep kickback 20 reps (each arm)

Dumb bell curl (out wide) 20 reps

One arm tricep extension 20 reps (each arm)

Chin ups until failure
