Front Squats 4x10

Stiff Leg deads 4x10

Hip thrusters SUPERSET with Squat Jumps 6x10

Split Squats (no weight) with a pulse 4x10 each leg

Cable kickbacks 4x10

Leg extension with choppers at the end 4x10

Leg press (3 different ways) 4x10 each way


**20 minutes of cardio**

Add abs at the end if time allows
