Total Body Circuit

TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT

 

Lets start with a warm up here....give me 100 jumping jacks.... 3 times :)

 

Ok, first circuit,

 

Circuit #1:  Repeat 4x thru, 15 reps each

 

-Squats (with a barbell or a heavy set of dumb bells)

-Squat Jumps

-Walking Lunges (add weight for more resistace)

-Bent over Row with barbell or dumb bells

-Bicep curls with barbell or dumb bells

 

Circuit #2:  Repeat 4x thru, 15 reps each

-Dumb bell chest flies

-Push ups

-Tuck Jumps

-Chair dips

-Band curls

 

Circuit #3:  Repeat 4x thru, 15 reps each

-Step ups (15 on each leg, add dumb bells for more resistance)

-Full sit ups

-Push Press 

-Lateral Raises
