Here is a glimpse into what my typical day of eating looks like. I try to stick with the 40/40/20 breakdown as much as possible. What I'm about to show you is about %42 protein, %36 carbs, and %22 fat.
Breakfast- 1/2 cup Old fashioned oats and 1/2 cup of liquid egg whites (I mix these two together and stick in microwave, makes your oats extra fluffy! I also add cinnamon and a little bit of stevia on top)
Snack- Isalean Meal Replacement Shake (Dutch chocolate) mixed with 4 oz of almond milk and 4 oz of water
Lunch- Multigrain Sandwich Thins and 6-8 slices of Jenny O deli turkey (with mustard) and 2 chocolate Rice Cakes
Snack- Vanilla Greek Yogurt mixed with 1 scoop of Isagenix Vanilla protein topped with Strawberries
Dinner- Shredded chicken with hot sauce (in crockpot) topped with light sour cream (1 tbs) and sweet potato chips. 1 cup of lowfat cottage cheese.
Snack- Protein Bar
