This is what I served for dinner last night...SO DELICIOUS and was a big hit with the kids :)
In a bowl, mix 3/4 cup of egg whites and Chicken strips.
Using your blender, mix
1 1/2 cup oats
Red pepper flakes (optional)
4 TBSP Italian seasoning
2 TBSP Garlic Sea Salt
black pepper to taste
Then coat the chicken strips one at a time in the dry mix and place on tin foil covered cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
Apples & Sweet Potatoes:
Cut 2 large apples and 2-3 sweet potatoes into cubes. Place in Crock Pot. Add 1 TBSP of cinnamon and sugarfree syrup.
Cook for 3-4 hours.
