Lat pull down 4x20 (may also use a band if no access to this machine)
Back flies with dumb bells 4x20
One arm row 3x20 each arm
Flies on incline bench SUPERSET with bent over row 4x20 (set adjustable bench to an incline, lay FLAT ON YOUR STOMACH with your arms stretched down in front of you. Then extend your arms out into a fly position and then return back to starting posititon.)
Straight arm press down on cable (may also use a band) SUPERSET with assisted pull ups 4x20/10
Seated row 3x30
