Seated Row superset with Leg Lifts 4x15

Back Flies superset with Plank twists 4x15

Straight arm pulldown on cable (use band if no access to machine) 4x15

Barbell Shrugs superset with Standing oblique crunches 4x15

Pull ups (use assistance) superset with Hanging leg raises 4x15

Bent over row (reverse grip) superset with Stability ball crunches 4x15

 

**20 minutes of HIIT cardio at the end**  Just because I love you :)
