Full Sit Ups

Squat Press (use bar or dumb bells)

Kettle Swings (use dumb bell if you do not have access to kettle bell)

Walking Lunges

Chair Dips (add weight on legs for added resistance)

Bar Curl & Press

Leg Lifts (place hands under the small of your back to support lower back)
