Legs (quad & calf focus)

Squats (add a pulse at the bottom in between each rep)  6x10  (Use big bar plus 25 lbs on each side)

 

Goblet Squats (hold a HEAVY dumb bell under chin) 6x10  

 

Leg Extensions 6x10 (hold squeeze at the top really focusing on those quads)  

 

Walking Lunges 3x20 (hold heavy dumb bells down by your sides and do NOT stand all the way up in between lunges to really feel the burn in the legs)  

 

Calf raises on step (ONE FOOT at a time, hold heavy DBs) 6x15  

 

Calf raises on step (BOTH feet now, hold heavy DBs)  6x15
