Ok, for real, this is SO SUPER easy and you can do so many things with it!
First, place 4-6 chicken breasts in a crockpot.
1/2 cup of WALDEN FARMS BBQ sauce (found in the health food section at your local grocery store)
1/4 cup Mustard
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Brown Sugar (I used the brown sugar made with SPLENDA)
Pour mixture over chicken and place on high for 4 hours. Then shred the chicken.
---> You can use this for all sorts of things. I just ate mine plain with strawberries and asparagus as my sides. But you can use in tacos, wraps, on top of a rice cake, on a bun, etc. This has a sweeter taste but is OH SO GOOD! Enjoy!
