Preacher Curls 4x20 (use barbell if you have one)

--SUPERSET with--

One arm kettlebell swing- 30 seconds

 

TRI SET:  Repeat 4x thru (10 reps each)

-Seated DB curls

-Standing Hammer Curl

-Seated Barbell Curls (take barbell down to lap, then curl up from there)

 

Two arm kettlebell swing- 30 seconds

 

Tricep Rope Pressdown on cables 4x20

--SUPERSET with--

One arm kettlebell swing- 30 seconds

 

TRI SET:  Repeat 4x thru (10 reps each)

-Overhead tricep extensions

-Dumb Bell Skull Crushers

-Military Push ups (elbows stay CLOSE to body here)

 

Two arm kettlebell swing- 30 seconds
