Shoulder Circuit

Here is a quick shoulder circuit that should take you 30 minutes or less.  This will have your shoulders barkin'!


Repeat 5 times through:


--->Lateral Raises 15 reps

--->Upright Row (with barbell or dumb bells) 15 reps

--->Back Flies 15 reps

--->Shoulder Press with dumb bells 15 reps

--->Shrugs (use DBs, Barbell, or Hex bar) 15 reps

--->Kettlebell Swings 15 reps
