Heat Oven to 400 degrees
Place 4-6 whole grain tortillas on baking sheet (or use the spinach wraps)
Top with cubed chicken (already cooked)
Then, in a bowl, mix together:
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup roasted red pepper
Then, place mixture on top of chicken
Slice up 1 ripe avocado to add on top if desired.
Top with 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Place another tortilla on top of the other and "sandwich" together. Stick in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
