Cardio HIIT Workout~ No equipment necessary

Start off with a warm---> Jog in place for 1 minute

 

Now, moving on.

 

Repeat this circuit 5x thru.  1 minute each exercise.  

 

-Mountain Climbers

-Tuck Jumps

-Jumping Jacks

-Butt Kicks

-Squat Jumps

-Full Sit Ups
