Chest and Back:  Lots of reps here!  You're welcome!  Try to take as few breaks as possible to keep that heart rate up.  

 

Push ups 5 sets until FAILURE

 

Bent over dumb bell rows 100 reps

 

Seated Row 100 reps

 

Lat pull down 100 reps

 

Incline dumb bell press 100 reps

 

Flat bench dumb bell press 100 reps

 

Flat bench dumb bell flies 100 reps
