ARMS (Today is HIGH rep/ LOW weight.  Keep that in mind when choosing weights :)


Standing DB bicep Curls 3x25

Seated incline DB curls 3x25

Concentration curl 3x25

Bar curls 3x25

Chair dips 3x25

Tricep DB kickbacks 3x25

Overhead DB tricep extension 3x25

Tricep Rope pressdown 3x25 (use band if no access to rope)


End with quick circuit, no breaks, 3x thru, 15 reps each

   -Band curls

   -Skull crushers

   -Hammer curls

   -Military push ups
