Hey ya'll!  I did this workout yesterday.  Very simple. Nothing fancy.  But I really made sure to push myself and lift as heavy as I could (still with good form).   And boy am I feelin it today! The actual strength training part didn't take very long, so it was a good time to end with some cardio.  Have fun and kick butt!


Bent Over Row superset with Shrugs  4x10


Lat Pull Down 6x10


Back Flies (10 lbs) superset with Straight Arm Pressdown  4x15


Seated Row superset with reverse pec dec 4x15


Pull Ups 4x 8-10


—-> 30 minutes of Steady State
