At home Total Body Workout

The only thing you will need for this workout is YOURSELF!

 

Circuit One:  Repeat as many times as you possibly can in 15 minutes :)

15 reps each- go fast!

 

-Squats

-Mountain Climbers

-Sit ups

 

Circuit Two: Repeat as many times as you possibly can in 15 minutes :) 

15 reps each

 

-Jumping Jacks

-Push ups

-Walking Lunges
