50 squat jumps

 

3x10 single leg bench squat (each leg)  

 

50 plié squats (use a barbell or heavy dumb bell)  

 

3x10 walking lunges (carry dumb bells down by sides)

 

6x10 glute bridges on step  

 

100 air squat (Move fast!)

 

Lat Pulldown SUPERSET with Seated Row 6x10

 

Back Flies 6x10
