Arm Workout

This is going to burn....just sayin :)

 

CIRCUIT:  Repeat 5x through

-Chair Dips 30 reps

-Incline Dumb Bell Curls 12 reps, followed by 5 twists at the top 

-Rope Pressdown 30 reps

-Bar Curls (21's- 7 curls ALL the way up, all the way down.  Then 7 reps all the way down, then half way up.  Then 7 reps all the way up, half way down.)

 

Now...as if that didn't hurt enough...moving on...

 

Seated Bar Curls superset with Skull Crushers 3x10

 

Standing Barbell Curls superset with Tricep Extensions 8x10
