Arm Workout

This is going to burn....just sayin :)


CIRCUIT:  Repeat 5x through

-Chair Dips 30 reps

-Incline Dumb Bell Curls 12 reps, followed by 5 twists at the top 

-Rope Pressdown 30 reps

-Bar Curls (21's- 7 curls ALL the way up, all the way down.  Then 7 reps all the way down, then half way up.  Then 7 reps all the way up, half way down.) if that didn't hurt enough...moving on...


Seated Bar Curls superset with Skull Crushers 3x10


Standing Barbell Curls superset with Tricep Extensions 8x10
