Super Easy & Super Delicious!
Place brown rice OR quinoa (already cooked) at the bottom of baking dish.
Then place asparagus on top of the rice.
Then place the Chicken Breasts on top of the asparagus.
Spread Cream of Mushroom over entire dish and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
ENJOY! (may sprinkle parmesean cheese on top too!)
