Booty Work (Barbell Workout)

Lets start with a warm up....

Leg swings (get those hips warmed up) 20 each leg

Body weight squats 20 reps

 

Barbell Box Squats 4x10

 

Stiff Leg Deadlifts 4x10

 

Hip Thrusters (bar across pelvic bones) 4x10

 

Good Mornings 4x10

 

Curtsy Lunges with bar 3x10 (on each leg)

 

Reverse Lunges with bar 3x10 (on each leg)

 

Front Squats (bar goes under chin)  4x10
