Repeat 5x thru:

-Ride Stationary bike (or elliptical) for 1/2 mile on medium/high resistance

-10 Barbell Squats

-1 set of Stair climbs with Heavy dumb bell overhead

 

Push press SUPERSET with Burpees 21 reps

 

Push press SUPERSET with Burpees 15 reps

 

Push Press SUPERSET with Burpees 9 reps
