Bar Curls SUPERSET with Skull Crushers 4x10


Rope Hammer Curls SUPERSET with Rope Pressdown 3 sets (lb per rep.  so if you do 25 lbs, you do 25 reps)


Dual Bicep curls (on cables) SUPERSET with Reverse Grip Tricep Pressdown 3 sets (lb. per rep)
