Walking Lunges 3x10


Leg Press 10 sets of 3 reps (heavy, 20 rest in between sets)


Barbell Hip Thrusters 6x5 (30 sec rest in between sets)


Hamstring Curls on the Stability Ball 3x15


Single Leg Extensions (ascending set- 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 reps) 


Tabata Kettle Bell Swings (20 sec on/10 sec rest, repeat 8x thru)
