No equipment sweat sesh!

Here's a little cardio workout you can in your own home while the kids are napping, dinner is cooking or waiting on the laundry to dry!  :)  No equipment required.  Have Fun!

 

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

 

Jumping Jacks 100 reps

Burpees 10 reps

One Leg squat Jumps 10 Reps (each leg)

Push Ups 25 reps

Chair Dips 25 reps

Air Squats 25 reps

 

Sounds easy, right?
