Legs: Looks easy, right?! :)

 

Walking lunges 100 reps

Dumb bell squats 100 reps

Squat jumps 100 reps

Step ups 50 reps on each leg (hold dumb bells down by your side to make it more challenging)

Hamstring ball curls 100 reps

Wall sits 3x1 minute
