Chest & Triceps

Bench press 3x12 (use DBs or bar)

 

Dumb bell flies 3x12

 

Tri Set:  PUSH UPS 3x10

   >Military push ups

   >Incline push ups (hands on bench)

   >Decline push ups (feet on bench)

 

Cable flies 3x12 (may also use a band)

 

Dumb bell tricep kickbacks 3x12

 

Tricep push down on cable (may also use a band) 3x12 

 

Skull crushers 3x12 

 

Overhead tricep extension (with DB) SUPERSET with Chair dips on Stability ball (LOTS OF BALANCE!!!) 3x12
