Lets start out with a warm up....

25 Body weight squats followed by 20 squat jumps.  Repeat that 3x

 

Moving on...

 

Walking Lunges with Dumb bells 3x10 on each leg

 

Goblet Squat 3x10 (choose a HEAVY dumb bell)  VIDEO

 

Good Mornings 3x10 VIDEO

 

Hamstring Curls SUPERSET with Leg Extensions 4x10

 

Leg Leg Extensions 3x10 on each leg

 

Single Leg Hamstring curls on stability ball 3x10 on each leg VIDEO

 

Barbell Squats (or may use heavy dumbells if no access to barbell  6x10
