Cardio Fat Burner

Start with a warm up--->

Jog/walk for 5 minutes

 

TABATA workouts:  For each exercise, perform 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds

 

-Dumb Bell Clean & Press  VIDEO

-Burpees

-Kettlebell swings

 

Circuit:  Repeat 4x through

-Pull UPs (use assistance) 10 reps

-Push ups 10 reps

-Side Skips 10x back and forth  VIDEO

-Pikes on the stability ball  VIDEO
